The XIV Annual International Seminar will be organized on the Broad theme "Economics, Politics, and Civil Society" from January 2-3, 2013 in India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, India. The Chairperson and Co-chairperson will select a paper from each Technical Session which will be given Best Paper Award.
